An agronomist by training, Vincent has 24 years of experience in West Africa and Madagascar on land policies, particularly rural ones. He has held positions of 2 to 5 years in various institutional environments: ministries of North and South, projects, international association and regional integration organization, which allowed him to develop a strong capacity for institutional analysis. He has extensive experience in supporting rural / agricultural land reform project owners as a technical assistant or international consultant. He has been very involved in the development of Burkina Faso’s National Rural Land Security Policy, Mali’s Agricultural Land Policy and Law and Niger’s Rural Land Policy.
Based in Conakry, Vincent has been providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Agriculture since January 2021 to support the implementation of the agricultural and rural land roadmap in Guinea. This roadmap aims to provide the country, through a highly participatory process, with an agricultural and rural land policy document.
